I tend toward the Zen spectrum. My zodiac signs are the year of the Dog and Moon-child on the cusp of Leo. I was raised as an agnostic and later trained as a ceremonial Polytheist. Age has enhanced mild food irritants to the level of food intolerance, possibly food allergy. I can eat gluten; however I cannot eat rice or wheat or rye or quinoa or spelt. I am also reacting to grapes including wine and balsamic vinegar and cognac. I can make pie crust with barley flour; eat stir fry over cooked oats; and drink mead or quality beer.
